Who we are

YardQuest Pro is a public yard-sale directory and companion iOS app. Contact: support@exectekllc.com.

Information we collect

• Account: email address and password when you sign up. We store whether your email is confirmed.
• Profile: optional display name and a saved home area (label and map coordinates) if you set one.
• Listings: sale details you post (address, hours, description, tags, photos).
• Reports: if you report a listing, the note you write and which listing it is about.
• Location: on the website and in the app, we may use your device location (with permission) to show nearby sales and, in the app, for routes, navigation, and nearby-stop reminders. Location is used on device and to center the map; we do not sell location data.
• Photos: if you attach photos to a listing or neighborhood pin, those images are stored so others can view the listing.
• Technical: App Check / device integrity signals, basic request security checks, and standard hosting logs needed to run the service.

How we use it

We use this information to run the directory, show maps and routes, let hosts manage listings, review reports, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Public listing details (address, hours, photos, description) are visible to anyone browsing the site or app.

Sharing

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, App Check) and map providers (including Geoapify on the web and Apple MapKit on iOS) to operate the product. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention

Account and listing data stay until you remove them or we delete them as part of normal cleanup (for example ended listings and unused photos). You can ask us to delete an account by emailing support.

Children

YardQuest Pro is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for a child under 13.

Changes

We may update this page as the product changes. The date at the top will change when we do.
